Our refund policy is valid for a period of 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. If you are not satisfied with the service for any reason, you may request a refund. A pro-rated refund will be issued for the unused portion of the service. If more than 7 days have passed since the purchase, we cannot offer a refund.
To qualify for a refund, the following criteria must be met:
• The customer’s account must be in good standing.
• The service must not have been used.
• The service malfunctions or does not work as described.
If these conditions are not met, SIA Fancy Group reserves the right to decline a refund.
Note: There is often a difference between a service malfunctioning and encountering an error message. Error messages are frequently caused by incorrect setup, configuration, or software issues, and do not necessarily indicate a defect in the service itself.
